Contact & inquiry details — name, email, phone, company name, and the message or workspace interest you submit through our contact form or by email.
Account & billing details — the information needed to set up and bill a membership, including business details and payment information (processed by our payment providers, not stored by us).
Identity & mail-authorization documents — for virtual office/mailbox customers, USPS Form 1583 and the identification documents required by US Postal Service regulations.

Information collected automatically

Usage & device data — such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring links, collected through standard web logs and cookies or similar technologies.

Information from your use of services

Mail & package metadata — sender, arrival date, and handling instructions needed to receive, store, notify, and forward your items.
Call & message data — for phone-number customers, call and message records, voicemail, and transcripts as part of delivering the service.
Access & visit records — building access and visitor records where you use the facility.

2. How we use information

to provide, operate, and improve the Services and respond to your inquiries;
to receive, store, notify you about, and forward your mail and packages;
